Nel centro di La Spezia, una chiesa sconsacrata di fine ‘900 ospita un cocktail bar dallo stile industrial-vintage e dall’anima sperimentale. Gli spazi, rinnovati in chiave total black, mantengono intatto il fascino dell’edificio originario: là dove un tempo c’era un altarino, oggi c’è il banco bar. Qui Marco Giovani con Filippo Wernitznig portano avanti un’idea precisa: una miscelazione moderna e sostenibile, con twist semplici sui grandi classici e una carta composta solo da signature drink. Fermentati, distillati e affumicature convivono con una filosofia che punta alla ricerca consapevole, all’eliminazione della plastica e alla cura del bicchiere come elemento narrativo.

EN In the center of La Spezia, a deconsecrated late-20th-century church now houses a cocktail bar with an industrial-vintage style and an experimental soul. The spaces, redesigned in total black, preserve the charm of the original building: where once stood a small altar, today there is the bar counter. Here, Marco Giovani and Filippo Wernitznig carry forward a clear vision, modern and sustainable mixology, with simple twists on great classics and a menu made up exclusively of signature drinks. Ferments, distillates, and smokings coexist with a philosophy focused on conscious research, the elimination of plastic, and attention to the glass as a storytelling element.
