La proposta di miscelazione, guidata da Simone Sacco, Ansony Murcia e Matteo Rosini, punta a valorizzare la tradizione e le materie prime piemontesi, con aperture verso l’Italia e suggestioni internazionali. Accanto al menu tematico ci sono i quattro classici signature di Piano 35 più rappresentativi, come lo Spritz No More, un twist nato nel 2020 per superare l’idea di bar “solo con vista” e affermare una nuova identità fatta di ricerca e tecnica.
