Qualcuno dice che non abbiamo ancora la tecnologia per viaggiare nel tempo e che forse non la avremo mai. Evidentemente, questo qualcuno non è mai stato al The Goodman, alla corte di Daniele Graziano. Il nome di questo locale deriva dalla passione dei proprietari per la musica: Benny Goodman era un famoso jazzista attivo dagli anni ’30 agli anni ’70 del secolo scorso e, non a caso, l’accompagnamento musicale è parte integrante dell’esperienza del locale. In un ambiente raffinato, dall’anima anni ’30, gli ospiti viaggiano indietro nel tempo, ma bevono in modo assolutamente contemporaneo grazie ai signature creati da Daniele e dal suo Team, cocktail che seguono la stagionalità dei prodotti e vengono realizzati solo con distillati premium e materie prime d’eccellenza. Ampia la selezione dei gin, con circa 40 etichette, così come quella dei rum. Daniele, del resto, ha un’anima Tiki di cui va molto fiero, quindi non stupitevi se in carta trovate cocktail dalle sfumature tipicamente esotiche. Volete invece bere classico? Nessun problema: i cocktail tradizionali vengono realizzati a regola d’arte e il locale è particolarmente famoso per i suoi Old Fashioned, grazie alla ricercatezza dei suoi bourbon.

Some say we don't yet have the technology to time travel and that maybe we never will. Those people must never have been to The Goodman, at Daniele Graziano's court. The place's name comes from the owners' passion for music: Benny Goodman was a famous jazz musician active between the 30s and the 70s – and it's not by chance that the background music is an integral part of The Goodman's experience. The ambiance is refined and with a 30s soul, taking guests back in time but serving them absolutely contemporary drinks thanks to the signatures by Daniele and his team. The cocktails follow the seasonality of products and only use premium spirits and excellent ingredients. There's a wide selection of gin (about 40 labels) and rum. After all, Daniele is truly proud of his Tiki soul, so don't be surprised if on the drink list you will find some cocktails with a distinctly exotic nuance. Would you prefer something classic? No problem: traditional cocktails are mixed to perfection, and The Goodman is especially famous for its Old Fashioned, thanks to the fine selection of bourbons.
