RUGGINE

A pochi passi dalla Strada Maggiore di Bologna, Ruggine è un cocktail bar dall’atmosfera vintage con pareti vissute, arredi recuperati e dettagli pop. Alla guida del progetto c’è Davide Patta affiancato dal bar manager Fabio Tammariello. La miscelazione proposta da Ruggine è definita “street”: drink nati da ricerca attenta ma diretti, colorati, privi di fronzoli e serviti in un’estetica pulita. Il bancone, rivestito in legno e piastrelle bianche, è il fulcro dello spazio: lungo, informale e pensato per favorire lo scambio tra bartender e ospiti. Tra i signature spicca “Hypnotize Me”, un fizz agrumato e fresco con Tanqueray Ten Gin, ananas e tonica Rovere Sanpellegrino.

The bar counter—lined with wood and white tiles—is the heart of the venue: long, informal, and designed to encourage conversation between bartenders and guests. Among the signature cocktails, “Hypnotize Me” stands out, a fresh and citrusy fizz with Tanqueray Ten Gin, pineapple, and Sanpellegrino Rovere tonic.
