Da luglio 2023, in una via tranquilla di Bologna, c’è Scuro: hidden bar su prenotazione ideato da Lorenzo Costa, Piero Solferini e Benedetto Linguerri. Si entra, ci si siede a un tavolo da 20 posti e si condivide tutto: drink, profumi, luci, storie. Nessuna barriera tra bar e sala, solo esperienza collettiva. Dietro al bancone ci sono Andrea Panizzi ed Elena Montomoli, con tre menu: Contemporary, creativo; Classy or Not, twist on classics; High Up, eleganza liquida. Ogni sera anche Instinct, fatto al momento con ingredienti di recupero in dialogo con Allegra, il ristorante-bakery al piano terra con lo chef Marco Meggiato.

EN: Since July 2023, in a quiet street in Bologna, Scuro has been welcoming guests: a reservation-only hidden bar created by Lorenzo Costa, Piero Solferini, and Benedetto Linguerri. You walk in, sit at a 20-seat table, and share everything: drinks, scents, lights, stories. No barriers between bar and floor, just a collective experience. Behind the counter are Andrea Panizzi and Elena Montomoli, with three menus: Contemporary, for creativity; Classy or Not, twists on classics; and High Up, liquid elegance. Each evening also features Instinct, crafted on the spot with leftover ingredients in dialogue with Allegra, the restaurant-bakery on the ground floor led by chef Marco Meggiato.
