Nel 2017, dopo una lunga militanza durata quasi 8 anni dietro al bancone del Soho, i due bartender “storici” Vanessa Vialardi e Simone Nervo lasciano il locale per aprire il D.ONE Torino, nel quartiere di San Salvario. Nel 2019, a due anni dal fortunato avvio della loro prima attività, decidono di tornare come proprietari laddove tutto ebbe inizio. L’obiettivo costante, sin dal primo giorno, è stato quello di creare un high-volume bar di livello, dove la quantità non andasse a discapito della qualità. La cocktail list coniuga varietà di sapori, home made e semplicità di servizio, per riuscire a soddisfare molti clienti in un tempo ridotto. I cocktail sono pensati per essere realizzati in pre-batch, ovvero con un grande lavoro di preparazione prima del servizio che consente di ultimarli velocemente al momento della richiesta. Il pubblico può scegliere tra una varietà di sapori e di spirits molto estesa, capace di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. Tra colori pastello, ricercatezza architettonica e di arredamento, risultato del recente restyling, va in scena una miscelazione semplice e complessa allo stesso tempo. Quando si vuol osare di più, basta sedersi ad uno dei comodi sgabelli al di là del bancone e lasciarsi guidare dall’estro dei bartender.

In 2017, after almost eight years long militancy behind Soho’s counter, the two “historical” bartenders, Vanessa Vialardi and Simone Nervo, left the bar to open D.ONE Torino in the San Salvario district. In 2019, two years after the lucky start of their first venture, Vanessa and Simone returned as owners where it all began. Their aim since day one has been to create a quality, high-volume bar where quantity would not detract from the quality. The cocktail list combines a variety of flavors, homemade ingredients, and simple service to satisfy many clients in a short time. The cocktails are mixed in pre-batches: with a thorough preparation work before the service, allowing the bartenders to serve them quickly upon request. The clients can choose among a wide array of flavors and spirits, able to satisfy every need. Pastel colors and refined architecture and furniture coming from the recent restyling set the stage for a cocktail mixing that’s simple and complex at the same time. If you want to be more daring, just sit on one of the comfortable stools on the other side of the counter and let yourself be led by the bartenders’ creativity.
