Description
In June 2023, the Rome-based venue in Prati celebrated its 30th anniversary. Manning the bar, established bar managers and head bartenders Paolo Sanna and Bruno Rocco continue to focus heavily on signature drinks, with a focus on gin, rum, and whiskey. As in a venue that values hospitality as its forte, the bar staff is also available to fulfill guests' desires, ranging from the great classics of mixed drinks to the "do it yourself" style, dry or sweet, more or less intense. The venue is indoors, but in the warmer months, guests can also sit outside. The impressive bottle rack houses over 200 bottles of whiskey, 70 rums, and approximately 40 gins. A must-visit for lovers of pure spirits.
