The drinks by head barman Fabio Privitera and bartenders Nidhar Ben Amer, Marco Mitrano, Dixie Espulgar, and Dulal Sharif at Salvatore Longo and Bruno Arena's Catania cocktail bar have this goal. The medium, however, is always the same: a tailored cocktail, crafted with seasonal and Sicilian ingredients, such as mulberries, in-house tropical fruits, and over 40 herbs from the property's botanical garden, including bergamot mint and Cuban oregano. The bottle rack is well-stocked with all spirits, demonstrating the bartenders' unwavering love for the entire world of alcoholic beverages. There are approximately 200 whiskies, 150 gins, and 80 mezcals, as well as numerous Italian liqueurs. The rooms pay homage to the early 1900s, and orders can also be consumed outdoors. The new addition to the store is a convenience store, offering a selection of unique products.
